- Delivery Method
- We will ship by Yamato Transport.
- Products that require refrigeration will be shipped by Cool Takkyubin
(refrigerated delivery) to maintain quality.
- Delivery Time of Products
- Packages are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment, excluding on weekends and on Japan national holidays.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you : 9am to 9pm
(except time between 12pm-2pm)
- In case of bad weather condition and unexpected travel delays from our courier
partners, delivery time can be delayed.
We will email you your package tracking information as soon as your package
ships.
- Please take note that an order will be voided if the order cannot be delivered
